Every spa ritual on the treatment list links here while the house writes its own pages, so this one page stands in for all of them. It is noindex and absent from the sitemap. Everything marked Placeholder — needs the house's words is waiting for the house's words; the lengths, prices and the two paragraphs below are the ones the site already states, for Meridian Bodywork.

Spa rituals ·  4 lengths

Meridian Bodywork

Using Tui Na-inspired techniques, rhythmic pressure and focused work along the body's principal meridian pathways, your practitioner responds to the areas that need attention today.

This is not a generic massage sequence. The pressure, pace and focus are adjusted around your comfort and what we observe together.

Placeholder — needs the house's words — the paragraph a reader who has never had this treatment needs: what it feels like, and what it is for.

from £78  ·  35–125 minutes

A person confirms every booking, and will say if a different length suits you better.

Where it sits

On its own, or inside the first visit.

Meridian bodywork is part of The ORA First Visit, after the reading and the herbal steam. Booked on its own it is the same work, at whichever length you choose.

To finish this page

  • A paragraph in the house's words about what the treatment feels like.
  • What happens before, during and after, and what to do for the rest of the day.
  • What to wear, who it suits, and who it does not.
  • Which length the house recommends to a first-time guest.
  • One photograph of this treatment room rather than a library shot.
  • Whether all five rituals get a page, or only the ones worth explaining.
